Orato Masters is a public speaking and leadership training business. The site had to explain programmes and turn interest into enrolment, not look like a generic “coach with a laptop” theme.
The live site is oratomasters.com. This write-up stays inside what we actually shipped. We are not attaching revenue percentages we do not have.
The problem
Training businesses sell a transformation and a calendar. If the website cannot name the offer, the mechanism, and the next step, paid ads and referrals dump people into a brochure.
Orato’s category is communication skill — close to coaching, not identical to life coaching, and not a job board. The site needed to feel like education and leadership, with a path into programmes.
What we shipped
A platform presence for the brand: positioning, programme-oriented pages, and a site that can carry a knowledge business without looking like a blog with a contact form taped on.
The hard part in this category is not a hero image. It is making the offer legible: who it is for, what a programme actually contains, and what happens after someone enquires. Training sites that bury that under stock metaphors force the sales call to do work the page should have done.
This was website and product-facing work. It was not a claim that we built their entire pedagogy, and it was not a GoHighLevel snapshot we are retrofitting onto the story. If a training business needs HighLevel, that is a separate, productized offer. Mixing the two in a case study would be dishonest.
If you already have HighLevel and the site still cannot explain the offer, fix the site first. If the site is clear and people still go quiet after applying, that is qualification and follow-up, not another homepage section.
Why it sits on the coaches and consultants page
We use Orato as proof that we have shipped for a knowledge business: programmes, positioning, enrolment intent. Career counselors and consultants have a similar conversion problem — interest to a conversation to a paid engagement — even when the curriculum is different.
We do not list Orato as “a life coach CRM implementation.” See software for coaches and consultants for how the GHL offer is scoped separately.
What we will not say
We will not invent waitlist conversion rates, ad ROAS, or student counts. If those matter to your buy, ask the client or measure your own funnel. A case study that fabricates outcomes is worse than a short one.
If you run a training or coaching practice
Bring the offer you want the site to sell this quarter, not a list of twelve packages. If the leak is booking and follow-up rather than the story on the page, start with GoHighLevel setup instead.
More of the work is on the portfolio. The operational companion to this piece is automating qualification for career coaching businesses.
